Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ponsonbay. The following terms and conditions constitute our standard Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you promptly via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Currently, our primary shipping destination is North America (United States & Canada). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ponsonbay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
