Return Summary

For eligible orders delivered within the United States, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved, eligible returns include a prepaid return shipping label from Ponsonbay.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and instructions.

How to Request a Return

Email cody@ponsonbay.com with your order number, the item or items you would like to return, and the reason for your request. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending an item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact cody@ponsonbay.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.
